Fay began aerial dance in the mid-2000’s after receiving some vouchers from Brian for an introductory course.  It was to become a big interest for Fay, something she enjoyed and had a real talent for.

She gave several performances over the years, one of them as a double act with 10-year-old Fraser.  A few of them are on her YouTube account “fayby09”:  Performing with Fraser, Christmas 2013; and performing to “Candy” in December 2012 (a second video of this one).  There are a few video clips on her Facebook page too – including a bungee trapeze and some wall running!  Fay was part of a “five minute theatre” performance with All or Nothing Aerial Dance in 2011.

It was such a big part of her life that as part of Fay’s funeral gathering, we invited a group from All or Nothing to come along and perform some aerial dance and let people have a try.  It was a beautiful and wonderful way to remember Fay and one of the activities that meant so much to her.
